This will enable you to play all the game in the cloud without downloading them. This will work for both console games, and computer game, as well as more and more common regular tele-vision games. 

Create a  server that holds these games, (kind of like the world wide web), allow access to all these games, by having a internet connection, and they will all be playable through the cloud that the producer of the cloud holds up.
