By understanding how you can impact the weather you will be enable to make clouds. You can do this by pushing a ray of electrons up towards the sky, the same way that clouds are generated to begin with. You can use a higher concentrated amount of H^20 particles and force them towards the sky, and a sky will appear. This will create a cloud.

By creating clouds you will be able to create rain, snow and control the weather. 

Starting at a small scale you will be able to make clouds and later on you'll get more control of how they works, which is easy for weather experts. 

By doing this farmer can get the weather they need. The desert can get rain in order to recover areas that have been deserter. Not to mention when there is fire storms at locations such as Australia and Los Angeles. 

Force the amount of H^20 particles in a concentrated way up towards the sky by <forcing> them through a tube towards the desired location in order to make a cloud. The cloud can be added with the the particles it need to be charged with to make the desired weather. This does of course mean you can create many lovely moments too.

This can be done by accelerating particles through a tube at a high rate that enables you to get the particles to the desired location above the earth, into the sky before they spread out.

We will of course be able to make snow for Christmas too now!
